Hamburg Invest

The Hamburg Invest supports businesses with regard to implementing expansion, restructuring and investment projects and serves as a central point of contact for the wider business sector and for SMEs and craft enterprises in particular. What is more, the Hamburg Invest also provides guidance through Hamburg’s administrative system.

The Hamburg Invest promotes the development of forward-looking industries, especially in the fields of renewable energies, logistics, aviation, the maritime industries, as well as media, IT and telecommunications (MITT). The Hamburg Invest connects stakeholders involved and participates in marketing Hamburg as a business location.

The Hamburg Invest systematically promotes the interests of international merchants, industry networks and associations. In collaboration with the relevant industry networks, the Hamburg Invest has designed programmes for securing skilled personnel and puts these into practice. The Hamburg Invest Service GmbH, a subsidiary of the Hamburg Invest, organises joint promotional stands for stakeholders from Hamburg’s economy at leading international trade fairs.

The Hamburg Invest’s partners are: the Hamburg Marketing GmbH (51%), the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce (35%) and the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts (14%).
