Fine water course
The bottle fits into any handbag and contains tonic syrup from natural ingredients. A delicious tonic water is created by mixing it with mineral water (1:5). Stylist Hendrick Schaulin and photographer Peter Hundert developed “a pHenomenal Tonic”, that is now also available in a ginger variant.
Sweet Shit
After Rocko Schamani and jeweler Jonathan Jonson celebrated success with their fecal-inspired collection “Scheiße by Schamoni” (english: Shit by Schamoni), they now go one step further: They made a brownish dream come true with their pralines “Merde Royale”. The Confiserie Paulsen implemented the extraordinary delicatessen .
Delicate macarons
One from Hamburg and two from Zurich create daily colorful French Meringue, as Macarons with peanuts. They follow the rules of old Swiss patisserie art in their bakery “Jö Makrönchen”.

Spicy Mix
Where do exotic spices touch german ground first? In Hamburg’s port. Stefan Lemckes taste manufacture “Ankerkraut” is located right there. He sells special salts from Australia and composes spice blends and marinades for perfect BBQs.
Opera ripe ginger
To strengthen voice and health opera singer Amarilis Bilbeny has been brewing her own ginger juice for years. From now on it is available under the label “Frau Ingwer”. But this handmade and organic juice is joined by her latest creation, an organic-ginger-vinegar. Everything is sold in markets and online.
Lyrical tarts
The small boxes from Pastry Emma, decorated with sayings and Illustrations, almost steal the show from what is inside. A “Tarte Novelle” by Teresa Goebbels can be customized online and sent to the queen of hearts.
Salty agitator
We shall not start a debate on gender-topics now! Obviously women enjoy this men salt too. The fiery mixture of “Gourmetmanufaktur Hamburg” from the cooking school Hamburg fits well to roasted or grilled meat.
Fruity Parade
You do not always have the leisure to confect by yourself… The spreads of “Marge Feine Creation” include multiple (often regional) fruits in glass. Berrys from the Alster, Hamburger Cherries – a sweet agony of choice.
Edible Graffiti
Interested in Red sparkling biscuits, chromed trouts and gilded sausages? Sprinkled with unflavoured food lacquer a funky paint for any court is guaranteed. “The Deli Garage” has focused on culinary gimmicks in mechanical style, including noodles formed like hex screws.
Fourpack
Kuddel Beer remains fresh for a long time, because it is not heated thermally. It tastes balanced, light and sweet. Invented by Hamburgers but brewed in Bavaria. It is e.g. sold in Imoto (Ottensen).
Bottlemix
The Bistro “Mozzer’s Finest” sells homemade salts, oils, sauces and more recently even bread mixes from the bottle.
Delicate Box
Heiko Langhans pimps the lousy image of a canned soup with self and fesh cooked content. For example: the consommé "Ochs am End" with sherry and oxtail-insert. Meat and vegetables are from the region.
Arty biscuits
Nadja Bruhn designs biscuits from shortcrust. In addition to the “Hamburg biscuits”, there are also designs with pirates, marriages or princesses.

Fine and homemade
The Manufacture “Flaschenweise” has been producing and refining aroma salts, olive oils, vinegards and grappa for ten years. Like a pesto made from pistachios and plenty of fresh basil (from www.genusshandwerker.de ).
Spicy Streusel
The new “sprinkels” from the manufactory “101 spices” are available in five variations. The hemp-caramel-mixture tastes nutty-sweet and fits perfectly to goat cheese.
