The Strategic Marketing Plan forms the strategic and long-term framework for the entire Hamburg Marketing Group on which all further strategies, concepts and projects are based. Among other things, it describes
- the tasks and self-image of the individual companies in the Group,
- the framework conditions of marketing for Hamburg
- the target system to which all projects are orientated,
- as well as the "Hamburg brand", i.e. the perception of Hamburg at home and abroad and the positioning derived from this.
The Hamburg Marketing Group achieves its corporate goals best when it co-operates closely with its many partners. This Strategic Marketing Plan therefore not only defines the framework for the colleagues of the entire Hamburg Marketing Group, but is also part of the dialogue with our partners. So that Hamburg remains liveable, curious and exciting.
