With 17 rooms only, the boutique hotel Fritz in pajamas occupies the first floor of a classic art-nouveau style house from the early 20th century. Because of the position in the middle of the Schanzenviertel, pubs as well as the exhibition center are within walking distance. Samira Sinjab-Behrmann, who developed the concept of the hotel together with a colleague, describes the interior style as "contemporary restyled". Some of the furniture is designed itself. Individual pieces characterize the inventory but the detailedness goes far beyond: each room and each hallway is differently papered.

Reichshof Hotel Hamburg

The former Grand Hotel was built in 1910 and after several operator changes closed in 2014. Now then the hotel ist completely renovated and re-opened in July 2015: magnificent facades, that are heritage protected just as the imposing hall, meet modern design elements.
